If you are not happy with your order, the items can be returned within 14 working days after receiving your order.
Please follow these instructions if you need to return an item.

1. If you are located in Greece please fill the form you will find in the black envelope inside your package or download it here

2. If you are not located in Greece please send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you a return label. Returns are at client's expense so the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

3. Returns for size for total or partial refund are accepted by our company only in case that we run out of stock and we are not able to send you the desired size in the specific item. All returns are at client’s expense. Shipment and return fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will appear on the client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles (may vary for different credit card companies). Shipment and return import fees will be deducted from the refund.

Our Policy

WHEN RETURNED ITEMS MUST:

Not be worn, washed or altered.
Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc.
Have their undamaged original boxes (shoes and accessories).
Be neatly packaged in order to ensure safe delivery.
Contain the printed email of return authorization.
Shoes :all shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

PERFUMES AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.sohosoho.gr. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
